Time’s running out─ I thought. For a few days I couldn’t stop thinking about the last post of the month, and of the year. I was just wondering between some ideas and thoughts, trying to choose the right one.

During this week, while I was singing in my car listening to my fave track at the highest volume, I noticed how much I enjoyed that moment from my way to work, and then realized how calm and happy I’ve been feeling; about to finish 2018. I guess, it’s like everyone says:  Calm comes after the storm─even when it seemed to be endless─.

In that instant I found the subject for the blog. And I’m not talking about singing out loud in your car without caring about other people watching… what I chose for this post was that allowance for ourselves to enjoy life and embrace all the good and fleeting moments of each day.

With its ups and downs, for me, this year had many happy moments, new people and opportunities. All I can say is how thankful I am for it, and for still having the chance to celebrate next year, hoping to grow and keep going forward.

It is quite fair to enjoy, to shout it out and share when you’re happy or something good happen. Live it. However, remember it is not a competition. I understand that comparisons are not always the best way, and we all have different journeys and goals… I know how uncertain life is, but truly, with all my heart, and all the positive vibes and energy that surrounds us, I wish you can conclude this 2018 in the best way, I hope you receive but also share happiness, love, smiles, and mainly that genuine feeling of peace.

If you’re going through tough times during these days, remember that everything requires time and also reflection. Celebrate that time on the morning when you get another chance to live one more day and go with it, try not to worry too much on the outcomes or what could happen, or “what if”. Go, one step at a time.

Let’s maintain that constant effort of living fully each day and keep growing, learning, forgiving, loving, remembering, and each of us at our own rhythm. No matter if you do it singing in the car, dancing, at work, reading, or with any possible style or ways that you prefer. Always breathing in, exhaling… taking care of our body, mind, and soul. Because when we’re ok, and comfortable with ourselves, it will always be reflected in our surroundings and the perspective we adopt.

I’ll use this post also, to thank you for reading me, for your comments and for sharing experiences during this year.

To you, for being here, one more time, thank you!

Live this holidays with strength, love and energy.

Receive a big hug and the best for this 2019!
