Being a woman is: strength, energy, passion, will, talent, perseverance, love, beauty, grace, fire, independence, effort, courage, dignity, dedication, achievements, and much more. Because each woman adds her own words and experiences.
Personally, I am proud to be a woman in these times. Why? Because I can contribute to the change. I can witness and participate in the fight for gender equity. Because I belong to a community that seeks to appropriate spaces and positions that previously seemed unattainable.
Although part of being a woman, it’s also living with a constant sense of insecurity. But you can’t live in fear. You can’t live in silence.
We have to raise our voice. Make ourselves present and demonstrate that progress, awareness, participation and education is everyone’s responsibility.
Now, the only way to progress is the change, in each trench, in each home, in each family, in each individual, in each company, in each corner, and as far as you can imagine.
All together, we will continue to fight, we will continue to grow, and we will continue to advance and progress.
Being a woman is already a topic of conversation… It will continue to be.
If you ask me today, for me, being a woman is: an opportunity.
